Despite the announced agreement between Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) and Eintracht Frankfurt, Randal Kolo Muani is far from signing…
The reason for this situation is related to the fact that Eintracht Frankfurt has failed to find a replacement for Kolo Muani, especially in failing to convince Hugo Ekitike, a 21-year-old PSG forward.
Kolo Muani had publicly expressed his desire to join PSG, but negotiations between the two clubs were complicated by Frankfurt’s need to find a replacement forward.
« It seems that Kolo Muani will stay! Apparently, no interesting offer ever came. There’s also the salary factor with Hugo Ekitike. So, very probably, Kolo Muani will stay the player of Frankfurt, » according to Sport 1 journalist.

However, according to Telefoot journalist Saber Desfarges, « it’s simple »: « PSG has not given up yet. Nasser Al-Khelaifi is furious. With Randal Kolo Muani’s agent, they are trying to pressure Frankfurt into accepting the offer even if the German club hasn’t found a replacement. »
The transfer window is closing, and the situation remains fluid as PSG makes a last-ditch effort to secure Kolo Muani’s move before midnight.
