Vinicius is set to extend his contract with Real Madrid, with a release clause of 1 billion euros. Real Madrid is securing Vinicius’ future. After raising the release clauses of several other players to one billion euros, it’s now the Brazilian’s turn. Currently under contract until June 2024, Vinicius is expected to sign a long-term extension with Real very soon.
« It’s always an honor to play here at Real Madrid, with such fans and the love they have for me. I’m very happy to play here, and I want to continue playing for Real Madrid for my entire life, » said the young talent in a club media statement this weekend.
Free at the end of his contract with Borussia Mönchengladbach, Marcus Thuram chose Inter Milan over PSG. « It’s a choice that would define my career. I know I made the right one. People who know football understand what Inter represents, » said the French striker to L’Equipe, despite the arrivals of Ousmane Dembélé and Randal Kolo Muani. « No, if I want to see my friends, I’ll go on vacation with them. I won’t make a career choice based on my friends. »
