Will João Felix join Barcelona? It’s not certain. The attacking midfielder from Atletico Madrid doesn’t seem to fit the preferences of coach Xavi.
According to Mundo Deportivo, Xavi is more inclined towards adding a creative midfielder, and one name that has come up is former Paris Saint-Germain player Giovani Lo Celso (27 years old, currently at Tottenham).
This direction could be further reinforced due to Pedri’s injury. However, the prospect of recruiting Lo Celso appears complicated for FC Barcelona, as they are dealing with significant financial constraints.
