Le Parisien journalist Laurent Perrin confirms that Ethan Mbappé dreamed of signing his first professional contract with Paris. « This season has shown that Mbappé is human. Everything that happened behind the scenes had consequences. I think what affected him the most was how his little brother Ethan was treated. He was supposed to sign professionally with PSG; it was his dream, » Perrin said during a chat session.
« But the management decided not to offer him anything after learning that Kylian was leaving Paris. Kylian felt responsible for this situation, and it deeply affected him. Just because he’s a millionaire doesn’t mean everything rolls off him, » adds Laurent Perrin .
