PSG bid farewell to Neymar this week, with the Brazilian organizing a small party. However, Kylian Mbappé is said to have not been invited.
The quick embrace between Mbappé and Neymar in front of PSG cameras on Thursday was captured. Neymar bid farewell to all his teammates at the Campus de Poissy, but he also organized a small farewell gathering.
According to L’Équipe, several PSG players were present at the party, including Marquinhos, Marco Verratti, Keylor Navas, and the newcomer Kang-In Lee. However, Kylian Mbappé was notably absent.
The relationship between the two players has been complicated in recent years, with Neymar suspecting Mbappé of wanting his departure. According to L’Equipe, Mbappé didn’t make such a request, but the management reportedly promised him a project without Neymar… in May 2022.
