PSG has evolved into a global brand, beyond just being a football club. The president of La Liga couldn’t find anything negative to say about the matter, even upon careful consideration. « With all its flaws, PSG has built a brand over the past ten years. Ligue 1, on the other hand, still needs to work more on its brand, » explained Javier Tebas to L’Equipe.
However, he believes that Ligue 1 is in danger. « In the short term, Mbappé’s departure is not good news, but the strategy of the LFP (Ligue de Football Professionnel) must be designed for the medium and long term, » added the head of the Spanish league.
The president of the Spanish Football League also discussed the case of Kylian Mbappé. « There is a 99% chance that Mbappé will sign with Real Madrid.
