« The official announcement will be made in a few days. I am still under contract with PSG, I have an employer who pays me. (…) But everyone knows my contract is ending soon and we will see what happens. I want to be happy. It will be an extraordinary experience, and I am looking forward to joining my new club. I want to win trophies. Football is above all about winning trophies, » said the Parisian star in an interview with CNN.
Mbappé reflected on his decision to extend his contract with PSG in 2022. According to him, the World Cup in Qatar played a significant role.
