Ibrahima Konaté to PSG? According to L’Equipe, nothing is impossible. The Liverpool player, under contract until 2026, is in discussions for an extension. However, PSG has hinted to intermediaries that an attempt to sign him could be considered.
According to L’Equipe, with two years left on his contract, the player « is seen as an opportunity for many European clubs. Can PSG, in search of a central defender, be one of them? The Parisian club has not made direct approaches. But several intermediaries have indicated that Paris could be interested. For PSG executives, his versatility (he can play on the right and left) is a significant asset. »
However, the central defender has been in talks for a contract extension with Liverpool for several months. A meeting is expected to take place in the coming days. But PSG is there, just in case.
