However, PSG will face stiff competition for his signature. « AC Milan, Arsenal, Atlético de Madrid, and PSG have all held discussions with the player’s entourage, but no concrete negotiations have taken place yet. The transfer is unlikely to be finalized before the end of the Euro, » the report continues.

Naturally, Fofana was questioned about this in a press conference with the French national team. « I have one year left on my contract. I’ve discussed my future with the club’s management; it’s no secret. We have an agreement to move on to a new stage. If it doesn’t happen, I will complete this final season with Monaco. »
