According to RMC Sport, Mbappé’s recent remarks in France Football have not been well-received by some of his teammates.
Has Mbappé gone too far? In the interview, he places blame on the PSG management and largely absolves himself of any responsibility for last season’s failures.
RMC Sport reports that « these words did not sit well with a portion of the PSG dressing room. Six players, including two new recruits, transmitted these statements to Nasser Al-Khelaïfi on Saturday morning. One of the messages read: ‘This is an insult to the club.' »
On the other hand, according to RMC, the PSG president found these remarks « shocking, lacking respect towards all current players, as well as the new players, the new coach, and the entire fanbase. The Qatari leader even found himself questioning: if this is what he truly believes, why doesn’t he leave now? »
